Updated yarn bombing update

These are the latest contributions to our Yarn Bombing project at the College Avenue Library Branch.  I'll combine these with what we have so far.  We should have enough for one of the chairs to be covered.  I'll post pictures next week.

  1. The beginning looks great! I look forward to seeing the finished project.

  2. I think I know what a yarn bond is from the picture, but I'll ask to be sure. Is it like a patchwork blanket, where lots of different patterns are sewn together to make your chair covers? If so, how cool is that? And are you getting help from patrons attending your programs? I think that's a WAY cool way to tool to get them involved in a project that benefits their library and at the same time gives them a little ownership so hopefully they'll want to take care of it. Outstanding! You're such an includer! ;-)
